Zosyn with Mini-Bag Plus

Hello,
Do any of your organizations use the Mini-Bag Plus system with Zosyn vials? Have you had reports of product returning to the vials after initially mixing?

Our staff have been noting a volume of solution returning to the Zosyn vials after mixing and hanging which is causing concern that patients aren't receiving their full dose. In speaking with the manufacturer for Mini-Bag Plus, we are being told that we should not be using more than 10 mL of solution to dissolve the product which I don't think is very clear from the attached IFU. The Zosyn recon instructions indicate to dissolve with 20 mL of solution. Wondering if other organizations are experiencing a similar issue.
