Management of Hypertension in Ambulatory Clinics

Hello there ~

For those of you with oversight of or visibility to the medication management practices happening in your Ambulatory / Outpatient clinics & office spaces... I was wondering if you would be willing to provide some commentary on the 'in-office' management of hypertension or elevated blood pressure.

(any and all thoughts are welcome... but a couple of the specific questions:
* do you treat hypertension in outpatient spaces?
* if no:
- do you have an algorithm for management?
- do you send patients to the hospital?
* if yes:
- do you have an algorithm for management?
- what medications (formulations) do you stock for administration in the clinic setting?
- what kind of monitoring do you perform?)

Thanks so much in advance!
Emily
